The amazing Baro de Cuadras Palace, located in Barcelona, opens its doors to caring tourists. Although officially the status of a historical monument was given to this extraordinary object of architectural thought in 1976, the palace only today became available to the general public.

This became possible thanks to the work of the Cases Singulars company, which searches for unusual buildings, refines them and opens doors for tourists. The palace has a modern look, which, undoubtedly, is the merit of the world famous architect Josep Puig i Cadafalka. The building is called the best example of Catalan modernism.

The first time you can visit the building only once a week - on Wednesdays. Tourists will be offered, as part of a 45-minute excursion, to stroll through the hall and rooms of the building, to be on a flat roof, from which a good view of the city opens. The guides will acquaint everyone with a detailed history of the creation of two, sustained in different styles, facades of the palace.

The organizers promise that soon the doors of the Baro de Cuadras will open for organized excursion groups of 10 people. To join such a group, guests will need to book a place on any of the working days. The preliminary cost of visiting the palace will be 12 euros for individual visitors and 10 euros for each tourist in an organized excursion group. True connoisseurs of modernism are ready to pay much more for such a pleasure!
